The Company uses OAuth authentication for each service when integrating with external services, and properly manages the obtained access tokens after encryption.

If the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") such personal information.
Upon receiving the request in the preceding paragraph, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if it determines that there are grounds for the request in the preceding paragraph, it will correct the personal information without delay.
When the Company makes a decision on whether to implement corrections, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will contact the User without delay.
（Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information）
Users may request the Company to suspend use, delete, or stop providing to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information held by the Company.
When the Company receives the request in the preceding paragraph, it will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if it determines that there are grounds for the request in the preceding paragraph, it will suspend the use of such personal information. However, if suspending the use of personal information requires a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to suspend use, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of Users, such alternative measures will be taken.
When the Company makes a decision on whether to implement suspension of use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will contact the User without delay.

The Company will review the content of this Policy as appropriate and strive to improve it.
