Upon receiving the request in the preceding paragraph, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if it determines that there are grounds for the request in the preceding paragraph, it will correct the personal information without delay.
When the Company makes a decision on whether to implement corrections, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will contact the User without delay.
(Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
Users may request the Company to suspend use, delete, or stop providing to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information held by the Company.
When the Company receives the request in the preceding paragraph, it will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if it determines that there are grounds for the request in the preceding paragraph, it will suspend the use of such personal information. However, if suspending the use of personal information requires a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to suspend use, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of Users, such alternative measures will be taken.
When the Company makes a decision on whether to implement suspension of use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will contact the User without delay.
(Procedure for Changing Privacy Policy)
The Company will review the content of this Policy as appropriate and strive to improve it. The content of this Policy may be changed except for matters stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise specified in this Policy. The changed Privacy Policy shall take effect when notified to Users by the method prescribed by the Company or posted on the Company's website.

The Company will accept complaints and consultations from Users regarding the handling of personal information and respond appropriately and promptly.
