Connecting your Zoom account to resme

To use Zoom with resme, you need to authorize resme to create Zoom meetings on your behalf. Follow the steps below:

Steps

  1. Sign in to resme(https://app.res-me.com/sign-in)and navigate to the Scheduling(日程調整) tab.

  2. Click New(新規リンクの作成) to create a new booking link.

  3. In the Meeting Location(会議場所) dropdown, select Zoom.

  4. Click Connect to start the OAuth authorization.

  5. A new window will open. Sign in to your Zoom account if prompted.

  6. Click Allow to grant resme permission to create meetings on your account.

  7. The window will close and your Zoom account will be connected.

Disconnecting Zoom from resme

To uninstall or deauthorize the Zoom integration from resme, follow these steps:

Steps

  1. Sign in to resme and navigate to Settings(設定).

  2. Click Integrations(連携一覧) in the left sidebar.

  3. Under the Video Conference(ビデオ会議アカウント) section, click Disconnect(連携解除) next to your Zoom account.

  4. Confirm the disconnection in the dialog that appears.

  5. Your Zoom account will be removed from resme.

Usage

Once your Zoom account is connected, resme will automatically create a Zoom meeting when a guest completes scheduling through your booking link.

  1. Create a booking link in resme and share it with your guest.

  2. The guest selects an available time slot and confirms the booking.

  3. A Zoom meeting is automatically created for the booked time.

  4. Both you and your guest receive a confirmation email containing the Meeting ID, Password, and Join URL.

  5. Either party can join the meeting directly by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
